The Malibu mansion where Elvis Presley filmed the 1968 musical “Live a Little, Love a Little” has hit the market for the first time in 40 years. Located on Matador Beach, this 2,861-square-foot estate features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms and is listed for $8 million.

The beachfront home, listed by Shen Schulz of Sotheby’s International Realty – Malibu Brokerage, gained fame in the 1960s classic film starring Presley alongside Rudy Vallee, Michele Carey, and Don Porter. Built in 1966, the mansion boasts a newly renovated interior that exudes natural light thanks to its open floor plan and expansive windows offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

The clean and contemporary design includes an open kitchen with an island, ample white cabinetry, new modern tile, refreshed countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The master suite bath is luxurious, featuring a generous dual-sink vanity, heated towel racks, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and a vintage-inspired soaking tub.

This isn’t the only notable home to hit the market recently. The iconic San Francisco Victorian that was home to the fictional Tanner family in the 1980s sitcom “Full House” has been listed for $6.5 million. Built in 1900 and remodeled in 2018 by architect Richard Landry, this home offers about 3,700 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom on a 3,123-square-foot lot. Additional features include a gas fireplace, a private English garden, and a two-car garage, a rarity in San Francisco.
